This is a hands-on interactive Tips and Tricks session focused on implementing best scheduling practices with Microsoft Project. It is designed to provide you with insight into What, How, When and Who to really make Microsoft Project work for you. Bring your laptop with Microsoft Project to participate in the exercises. You will build your skills and become more efficient and effective.
The morning session will focus on best practices for creating and working with a dynamic schedule to enable visibility to the true health of your project. The afternoon session will cover the various approaches to working with resources in Microsoft Project and discuss how and why to set baselines to track progress in your schedule.
