Adoption and Change Management – Workshop Details

Duration: 1 Day Workshop

Workshop Includes:

Review the current state of adoption. What are the key business change and technology strategies being executed? What are the issues? Are the benefits of the change widely known and to what extent are stakeholders aligned and actively engaged? What efforts have been made to align stakeholders and how are communications being delivered to maintain alignment?

Review a range of tools and techniques used for successful adoption and change management.

Develop an action plan for change management and adoption that includes:

Developing the key message for the purpose of the change (start with ‘Why?’).

Review and adapt existing adoption goals and metrics.

A plan for focusing on the influential early adopters.

A stakeholder matrix and communications plan.

For the next iteration of the system or solution: a review of user experience design issues.

Review of the project plan or governance plan for the solution – to ensure adoption and change management goals and metrics are fully integrated and a part of the regular cadence of information flow and reviews.

Future state OCM design, including:

Draft messages for the purpose of the change.

Adoption goals and metrics.

Future state roadmap. The roadmap is a draft plan that accounts for your team’s current capabilities and maturity, the priorities for change and the steps required to build and implement new capabilities.

Who should attend?

Representatives from the various user groups and stakeholder groups impacted by the change. Product manager or solution owner, Project Leader or Project Manager, Functional Leaders, and Key resource managers. Diverse roles or tiers in the organization should be represented, including executive representation.
