The Carrier Service Provider Managed Services program at Charter Communications began in December of 2013.  At the time that we began our discussions with the Time Warner Cable’s Commercial Engineering group, they were receiving approximately three thousand Commercial orders per month.  There were many issues with the processing of the orders.  Some of the issues were being caused by the Sales Engineer’s lack of training on how to properly write the orders, missing CLLI Code information, missed service turn up dates for their clients, incorrect circuit designs and re-work of orders at came in from the clients Salesforce system.
